- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 3 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 cups diced apples

Beat eggs then add sugar and vanilla and beat well.

Add dry ingredients and mix.
