Ingredients
- 3 mashed overripe bananas
- 1⅛ cup sugar
- ½ cup fresh orange juice
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup softened unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups flour

Directions

Beat bananas, sugar, orange juice, eggs, butter and vanilla well.
