  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 clove garlic chopped
  • 2 cans tomato sauce
  • 1 can water
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch marjoram
  • 1 pinch cumin
  • 1 pinch oregano
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 24 tortillas
  • 3 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • salsa

Directions

Fry onion and garlic in oil then add tomato sauce, spices, water and bouillon cube then simmer for 15 minutes.

Fry tortillas then dip in sauce and put in layers in casserole starting with tortillas, sauce, cheese and sour cream.

Repeat layers and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
