Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops ½" thick
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • ½ tbsp black pepper
  • ⅓ cup Parmesan cheese
  • ⅓ cup dry bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Directions

Heat oven to 350°F.

Dip pork chops in combined egg and seasonings and then in combined cheese and bread crumbs.

Heat oil in skillet; brown each chop on both sides.

Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes, turning chops occasionally.
