Ingredients

  • ¾ cup water
  • 6 ounces tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • ½ teaspoon pizza seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 ounces ziti pasta
  • 1 ounce pepperoni slices halved
  • ¼ cup bell peppers chopped
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • 4 ounces mozzarella cheese shredded

Directions

Combine water, tomato paste, oregano, pizza seasoning, salt, garlic powder and black pepper in medium saucepan.

Mix well and bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer ten minutes.

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Spray square dish with cooking spray and set aside.

Cook pasta according to package directions.

In a mixing bowl combine pizza sauce, pasta, pepperoni, bell peppers, parmesan cheese and oregano them mix well and spread evenly into prepared dish.

Sprinkle top with cheese then cover with foil and bake 30 minutes.
