Ingredients
- ½ tbsp salt
- ½ tbsp pepper
- ¼ tbsp white pepper
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp hot dry mustard
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp red wine
- 10 tbsp peanut oil
Directions
Mix salt, pepper, white pepper, and mustards and mix well.
Add vinegar and wine.
Beat until smooth.
Gradually add oil and beat until dressing coats a metal spoon.
The consistency should not be too thin or too thick.
Serve with cold vegetables or salad greens.
