Ingredients

  • 1½ lbs lean ground beef
  • 10 oz can tomatoes and green chilies
  • 1½ cups soft bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp onion flakes
  • 1¼ tbsp salt
  • ¾ cup grated cheddar cheese

Directions

Mix together beef, tomatoes and green chilies, bread crumbs, egg, onion flakes and salt.

Shape into loaf and place in shallow pan.

Bake at 375°F for 1 hour.

Sprinkle cheese over top.

Return to oven until cheese melts.
