Ingredients
- 12 oz pkg baby spinach, chopped
- 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- ½ red bell pepper, diced
- ⅓ cup grated romano cheese
- ⅓ cup grated parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp minced garlic
- ⅓ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place spinach into large ovenproof bowl.
Microwave spinach 2 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and stir.
Bake 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve with your choice of crackers.
