Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless round steak (½-inch thick)
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 can (4 ounce size) mushroom stems and pieces, drained
  • 1 can (8 ounce size) no-salt-added tomato sauce
  • hot cooked noodles

Directions

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Trim beef; cut into serving-size pieces.

Place in a greased 13 x 9- inch baking dish.
