Ingredients
- 2 cups dried shrimp
- 1 tablespoon rice flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
- 1½ tablespoons soy sauce

Soak the shrimp in cold water for half an hour, drain, and cover with cold water.

Add the cayenne pepper and soy sauce; boil slowly, about one hour.
