Ingredients

  • 100g of crackers
  • 2dl of whipped cream
  • 250g of quark
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
  • 5dl of frozen berries
  • 1dl of sugar

Directions

Crumble the biscuits and whip the cream. Mix in the quark, vanilla sugar and sugar.

Spoon the cookie dust on the bottom of the serving dish and add the quark mixture on top of it. Sprinkle cookie dust on top of the mixture.

Season the berries with sugar and mix them to the quark mixture. Divide the desert into smaller serving bowls and decorate them with cookie dust and berries.
