Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. water
  • 1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 env. Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 c. raw macaroni, cooked

Directions

In a large skillet, brown meat; drain off excess fat.

Stir in Lipton Onion Soup Mix, flour, tomato sauce and water.

Simmer covered 5 minutes.

Stir in macaroni.

Turn into 1 1/2 quart casserole.

Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated 400 degree oven.
