Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 dried vanilla bean

Directions

You can either lay them on a paper towel and let air dry for a few days or dehydrate them in your oven on the lowest setting.

After your bean has dried out, stick your vanilla bean into your sugar jar and let sit for a few weeks.

After a few weeks, scrap out the caviar and grind the bean and caviar with the sugar

Let it sit in the jar for two weeks and it is ready.
