Ingredients

  • 2-3 Tbsp water
  • 6 lobster tails, 3oz, shelled
  • 1 cup. cold butter cut into small pieces
  • Small shallow pot or a saucepan

Directions

To a large pan add 2-3 tbs. of water to a and bring to a simmer.

Add the butter gradually, and keep whisking it to make sure it stays in a liquid state.

Add in the lobster and slowly poach it at medium heat; do not let it boil.

Serve poached lobster tails hot with fresh lemon wedges on the side.
