Ingredients
- Cooking oil
- 6 big potatoes
- 4 eggs
- Shredded cheddar jack cheese
- Salt
- Pepper seasoning
Directions
You start by mashing the potatoes in a bowl or tall tray, be sure to not remove the the skin to make the Cheesy Hashettes more crispy.
You add the 4 eggs into the bowl or tray, and then sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
Season with salt and pepper.
Now you mix the mixture with a fork, until it becomes a more uniform color of yellow.
Collect your mix with an ice-cream scooper, And place it on a stove with a pan and fry with any cooking oil.
Once you’ve placed down around two or three pieces of your mixture, flatten the pieces and fry it until the bottom turns a golden-brown color, after that, flip it with a spatula. And do that process another time.
Then you place it on a dish and you are done! You have created Cheesy Hashettes! At one's discretion you can add a spread or dip.
