Ingredients

  • 1.7 oz dry ground mustard
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • ½ cup vinegar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • pepper

Directions

1

Mix sugar, mustard, salt, and pepper together. Mix in water.

2

Mix in vinegar last, as the mustard will lose some of its flavour if vinegar is introduced too early.

3

Stir using a wire whisk to prevent lumps.

4

Add some water if too thick.
