Ingredients
- 10 cloves of garlic , puréed
- 2 pinches of black pepper powder
- 3 tablespoons chile powder or 20 fresh puréed red habanero chillies
- 3 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes , crushed
- 4 whole chicken
Directions

Combine the garlic, pepper, chili powder, mustard, and bouillon cubes. Pour the mixture over the chicken and massage it very well. Let rest for about 20 minutes while you prepare the grill .

Place the chicken on the grill, turning it regularly until each piece become golden brown.

When it is done to your taste, serve with any complimentary side such as Ivorian tomato sauce or Ivorian salad and enjoy.
