- 150 g oat flakes
- 150 g raw spelt flour
- Soy lecithin powder (optional)
- 3 or more whole spring onions , chopped
- 1 or more pickled gherkin, chopped
- Margarine
- Rapeseed oil or other vegetable oil
- Salt

Directions

Combine tofu, oat flakes, raw spelt, and some water.

If desired, mix in the lecithin to act as an emulsifier.

Mix in the spring onion and gherkins.

Mix in a spoonful of margarine and/or rapeseed oil.
