Ingredients
- 1⅓ cup canola oil
- ⅔ cup water
- 6 tbsp tahini
- 6 tbsp cider vinegar
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 6 cloves garlic
- ⅛ tsp xanthan gum
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds , toasted
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 2 tbsp chives
Directions
In a blender , combine the oil, water, tahini, vinegar, lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic, and xanthan gum. Blend on high for about 2 minutes. You will see a change in the texture of the mixture as the xanthan gum starts to work, producing a very smooth, creamy appearance.
