Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Montreal steak seasoning
  • 4 to 5- pound boneless pork loin roast
  • 1 large red onion , chopped
  • 1½ cups red wine

Directions

Heat olive oil in 10-inch Dutch oven over campfire.

Rub seasoning on roast.

Add roast to Dutch oven, turning to brown on all sides.

Add onion, sauté 5 minutes.
