  • 4–5 green chile peppers, stems removed
  • 1 bunch of fresh coriander (cilantro)
  • 2–3 heads of fresh garlic , peeled
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Olive oil (dash)

Directions

Grind and blend together the chiles, coriander, and garlic.

Add water, salt, cumin, and pepper. Blend all together again.
