  • Stockfish
  • Seasoning cubes , crushed
  • Palm oil
  • Onion , chopped
  • Sesame seeds , ground
  • Ground crayfish
  • Pepper
  • Fermented locust beans
  • Salt
  • Bitterleaf

Directions

Season the beef and stockfish with seasoning cubes. Place in a pot, and add enough water to cover everything. Simmer until done, then drain and set aside, reserving the broth.

Heat some palm oil in a frying pan , and add the onions. Cook for 1 minute.

Add the ground sesame seeds, and cook for 3 minutes or less, stirring constantly.

Stir in the reserved broth, ground crayfish, pepper, locust beans, and cooked meat and fish. Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat.

If the soup is too thick, you can thin with water. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Stir in bitterleaf, and simmer for a few more minutes.
