Put two generous spoonfuls of vanilla or peach ice cream into champagne glasses. Make a shallow depression in the cream and into it set a whole pre- served peach. Set a maraschino cherry on the peach.

All measurements level, with the exception of baking powder, which is measured rounding with the side of the can. Sift flour before measuring.
