Two cups of raisins stoned and chopped, one-half cup of butter, one-half cup of sugar, one-half cup of mola-ses, one teaspoonful of soda, one teaspoonful of all kinds of spices, three eggs. White of one for cold sauce. Mix in flour enough to make it*stiffer than molasses gingerbread; scant cup of buttermilk, with teaspoonful of soda. Steam four hours. STEAMl D BATTER PUDDING.
