1 qt. milk 2 or 3 bananas Yolks 2 eggs 2 tbsp cornstarch 2 tbsp powdered sugar Salt

Boil the milk and stir in the beaten yolks of eggs, sugar, cornstarch dissolved in a little cold milk, and pinch of salt. Remove from the fire when it thickens. Take baked bananas and slice in a pudding dish. Add powdered sugar and cover with the custard. Put in the oven and brown.
