BREADFRUIT PUDDING—‘‘PAPAIEE.’’

Take ripe breadfruit, scrape out the pulp and mix well with the milk, and pressed juice from a grated coconut. Add % tsp salt and 1 tbsp sugar. Bake 1% hr. to 1 hr.
