Juice and pulp 7 oranges 1 e sugar 1 egg 1 tbsp cornstarch 14 ¢ boiling water Peel oranges and remove seeds, saving juice. Dissolve corn- starch in a little cold water and cook in the boiling water, add- ing sugar, oranges, and beaten egg. Pour into a pie crust and bake. Strips of pie crust may be placed on the top, or a meringue added when the pie is done, and browned in the oven.
