1-3 box gelatine 1 e sugar 1-3 ¢ cold water Whites 3 eggs 1 e¢ boiling water Juice 6 China oranges

Soak gelatine in cold water 5 minutes and dissolve in boiling water. Add sugar and strain. Place in ice water, and when it thickens beat in the stiffly whipped egg whites, and beat with a Dover egg beater until light and spongy. Put lightly into glass dish, or place in mold on ice.
