Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp orange juice 1 tsp gelatine 1 pt
  • 1 tsp gelatine 1 pt
  • 2 tbsp cold water soak gelatine in cold water
  • 1 tbsp coffee to 1 e water
  • 24 coconut mousse

Directions

Boil 1% ¢ milk with 3 ¢ brown sugar, add 2 ¢ grated coco- nut, and cook until it strings. Flavor with vanilla. Set in pan of cold water to cool, and beat hard until creamy. Drop on paraifin or buttered paper.

The Hawaiian Kona coffee is considered by some the best in the world. It should be kept in an air-tight container and freshly ground before using.

Kona coffe has been found best made in this way. Allow 1 tbsp coffee to 1 e water. Measure and leave over night. In morning simmer, but not boil, 20 minutes. No egg is needed to clear.
