Juice of one lemon and two oranges, one-third box gela- tine, one cup of sugar, one can grated pineapple, whites of three eggs. Stir lemon and orange juice together with the sugar, add gelatine dissolved in a little cold Avater, and one pint of boiling water. Set out to cool a little, then add pine- apple and beaten whites. Serve with whipped cream. If the oranges are large, use a little more gelatine.
