Ingredients
- one cup of rich milk
- one cup of any kind of cold meat
- 2 tablespoon- fuls of butter
- 2 eggs
- parsley
Directions
One cup of rich milk or cream, thicken with 2 tablespoon- fuls of butter, and 1 of flour. Season with chopped parsley and onion juice. Stir in one cup of any kind of cold meat. Add the beaten yolks of 2 eggs and cook 1 minute and set aside to cool. When cold stir in whites of the eggs beaten stiff. Bake in a buttered dish about twenty minutes. Serve immediately.
