Directions
White of 1 egg, 2 pounds confectioners' sugar, }/2 cup orange juice. Beat the white of the egg until it looks cloudy, then add a little sugar and beat, then a little orange juice, then sugar again and so on until all the orange juice is used up and finish by adding sugar until the fondant is thick enough to roll into balls or any shape you wish. Take y2 cake of Baker's chocolate and melt by setting the bowl over a steaming kettle, then dip the creams into this and lay on waxed paper. Use any flavor desired.
