Directions
One cupful of stock made from Armour's Extract of Beef, 1 tablespoonful of butter, 2 cups of cooked lobster meat, 3 drops of onion extract, 1 tablespoonful of flour, 1 dozen stuffed olives, y teaspoonful of sherry, 1 teaspoonful of Worcester- shire sauce. Brown butter, add flour, stir until smooth, let brown. Add stock and olives cut in pieces; stir until thick. When it begins to thicken add lobster cut in pieces with silver knife. Cook until heated through, add seasoning and serve,
