Directions
One pound butter, one pound and three-quarters of flour, four ounces of rice flour, one-half pound of fine granulated sugar. Work all together into a smooth dough. Divide into number of cakes required. Pinch around the edge with forefinger and thumb. Prickle on top and bake in a mocferate oven till a light brown.
