MARROW BALLS FOR SOUP— Two tablespoons of beef mar- row fat, two eggs, one-half teaspoon of salt, a few gratings of nut- meg, bread crumbs. Split the bones and remove the marrow, cream the marrow, add the eggs well beaten, season and add enough grated stale bread crumbs to make stiff enough to form into balls the size of a walnut. Drop into boiling soup and boil fifteen minutes.
