VEAL LOAF — Two pounds of veal and one pound of lean pork ground, two beaten eggs, one teaspoon salt, small onion grated, one- half green pepper chopped fine, one cup of cream, four crackers rolled mix well. Put into two small bread tins, lay slices of bacon on top and one bay leaf on each loaf. Bake one hour in hot oven.
