SPECIAL BAKED POTATOES— Select large potatoes, scrub and bake. Cut off tops of potatoes lengthwise, scoop out, mash, add salt and cream and beat until smooth, fill potato shells, smooth, and dot with butter, sprinkle lightly with paprika and place in oven to brown.
