CABBAGE SALAD— Rub a bowl with garlic, into the bowl shred one three-pound head of cabbage, one green pepper and tablespoon of parsley chopped, salt and pepper to taste, half cup of olive oil, half cup of cider vinegar, two tablespoons of sugar, mixed together, cover and put on ice to chill before serving.
