CRANBERRY ICE — One quart cranberries, one pint water, one pound sugar, juice of two lemons. Cook cranberries with the water until tender, then strain and add sugar, cook until sugar is dissolved. Cool, stir in lemon juice and freeze just long enough to form an ice.
