MINCE MEAT — One and one-half pounds of beef chopped, three pounds of apples, one pound of raisins, one pound of currants, one pound of brown sugar, one-half pint of molasses, one-fourth pound of citron, one-half pound of suet, spices to taste. One quart or more of apple cider. Chop meat, apples, citron and suet. Mix all together and boil one-half hour. Seal while hot.
