JIM JAM CONSERVE — One quart currant juice, one quart raspberry juice, one pound seeded raisins, two oranges sliced, adding the yellow rind cut in small pieces, and five pounds sugar. Put all except sugar in a porcelain lined kettle over the fire, put the sugar in a shallow drip pan in the oven. When the fruit and juices have cooked about three-quarters of an hour add the hot sugar, allowing to boil up as you would jelly. Pour in jelly glasses.
