Many like Garlic Flavored Tongues, and this desire can be fully satisfied by adding about two tablespoon- fuls of Vacuum Brand Garlic Compound to each tierce of tongues; add it to the brine before it is poured over the tongues. This will give them a delicious flavor which will be relished even by people who do not like fresh Garlic.
