Ingredients
- a pint of boiling water on the gelatine
- one half box of gelatine
- three eggs

One half box of gelatine, the whites of three eggs, a tea- cup of white sugar. Flavor as you wish. Beat the whites of the eggs to a stiff froth ; pour a pint of boiling water on the gelatine. Let it cool, but do not let it get stiff. Beat it into the eggs and sugar.
