Take three pints of warm water, even tablespoon of salt; stir in buckwheat flour enough to make a thin batter. Beat it thor- oughly, then add one-half pint of yeast. Set the batter in a warm place to rise over night. Put in a small teaspoon of soda just be- fore baking.
