Two cups of beef suet, two cups of chopped raisins, a half cup of citron, one cup of molasses, a half cup of sugar, and spices. Mix all together and chop fine; take two cups of water; thicken with flour enough to make a stift' batter; break in three eggs, beat well; butter the tin pudding-boiler and boil three hours.
