One pint of water, one pound of white sugar, one ounce of tar- taric acid, fifteen drops of lemon and the whites of three eggs; beat the eggs to a froth and add to the other ingredients, then bottle. Put a tablespoonful into a tumbler and fill up with water; add a little soda to make it foam. This is a delightful drink for summer.
