Beat the yellows of six eggs, pour in a tea-cupful sweet morning's milk, add a pinch of salt. Beat together each a table- spoonful of butter and flour until smooth, add to the eggs, and beat all together well ; put into a frying pan that has been well greased, and when it begins to thicken, add six whites beaten to a stiff froth, and another small pinch of salt.
