Beat the whites of six eggs to a froth ; a table-spoonful of powdered sugar to each white ; into which beat a red jelly, to give it a pretty color. Whip a pint of cream, sweetened and seasoned to taste. Pour the first preparation over it. Serve with cake. — Mrs. Mary White.
