One pound powdered sugar, the whites of nine eggs beaten to a stiff froth. The sugar should be worked in slowly, with a wooden spoon. Have ready a pan well greased and floured. Drop a table-spoonful and sprinkle well with grated cocoanut. Bake in a slow oven, untU a nice brown. — Miss Fannie Slirop' ehire.
