Directions

Bathe the affected parts, long and well, in sulphur and cream ; in half an hour wash well in salt water. Repeat twice a day. Three or four applications will cure. — Mrs. George Davis.

BREAST OINTMENT. •One gill old whisky, old butter the size of a walnut, beeswax the size of a partridge egg, one tea-spoonful of black pepper ; steW until the whisky evaporates; spread on a cloth and sprinkle* black pepper thickly over it.
